In order to buy or sell property in Spain, you must be in receipt of an N.I.E Number. We have the forms available in our office in Riba Roja and will happily help you to fill them in and give you directions to the Police Headquarters in Reus where you can present them personally. Ebro Valley Properties are happy to collect them for you but now have to charge for this service as NIE numbers are now not free. Contact this office for further details. |
